※ 26-1 학기 기숙사 정규 입사 신청은 종료되었습니다. 

※ RC 대상 학생 (26-1기준 신입생 및 1학년 2학기 이수 학생) 중 기숙사 입사를 희망하시는 학생은

     아래 구글 드라이브 링크를 통해 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다. [2월 19일 이후 신청건은 순차적으로 연락 및 배정됩니다.]

※ Non-RC 대상 학생 (26-1기준 2학년 이상 학부생 및 대학원생)은 더이상 신청이 불가능합니다. 

    아직 Non-RC 대상 추가신청은 예정되지 않았으나 진행하는 경우 

    2월 27일 이후 송도학사 홈페이지(https://yicdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)에 공지해드리겠습니다. 

※ 2차 신청 시기 [2. 10.(화) ~ 2. 13.(금)]에 입사 신청을 완료하신 학생분들은 

     연세 포털서비스(https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)  → 학사정보시스템 → 학사행정 → 기숙사 →  "입사정보조회"를 클릭하신 후 

      납부계좌를 확인하시고 기숙사비 납부를 부탁드립니다. 

     [계좌 확인 및 납부 일정: 2026. 2. 14.(토) 11:00 ~ 2. 19.(목) 16:00]

※ 1차 신청 시기 [2. 3.(화) ~ 2. 5.(목)]에 입사 신청을 완료했으나 기숙사비를 미납하신 학생분은 

     residence@yonsei.ac.kr 메일로 수험번호(또는 학번) 성명과 함께 계좌 활성화 요청을 부탁드립니다.

※ If you applied using your candidate number, you must continue to log in with candidate number to check your application info, even after receiving a student ID.

※ The regular dormitory application for the 2026-1 semester has been closed.

※ RC-eligible students (freshmen and students in their second semester of the first year as of 2026-1) who wish to apply for dormitory residence are required to submit the application via Google Drive 
Applications submitted after February 19 will be processed and assigned on a rolling basis.

※ Non-RC students (undergraduate students in their second year or above, and graduate students as of 2026-1) are no longer eligible to apply.

Additional applications for Non-RC students are not currently scheduled.

※ Students who completed their application during the 2nd application period [Feb 10 (Tue) – Feb 13 (Fri)]

are requested to access the payment account information through the following path:
Yonsei Portal (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr )→ Academic Information → Dormitory → Dormitory Information Check
and confirm the payment account, then complete the dormitory fee payment.

[Account confirmation & payment period: Feb 14 (Sat) 11:00 – Feb 19 (Thu) 16:00, 2026]

※ Students who completed their application during the 1st application period [Feb 3 (Tue) – Feb 5 (Thu)] but did not complete the payment

should send an email to residence@yonsei.ac.kr

 with their examinee number (or student ID) and full name to request account reactivation.
