■ 이동대상 : 여름방학 9주 잔류로 거주한 RC 대상자 및 2018-2학기 배정객실 변동이 있는 NonRC 대상자

■ 이동일정 : 

RC : 2018. 08. 19.(토) 09:00 ~ 08. 21.(화) 18:00  (일정 엄수, 기간 외 이동 불가)

NonRC : 2018. 08. 24.(금) 09:00 ~ 08. 26.(일) 18:00  (일정 엄수, 기간 외 이동 불가)

■ 이동절차 : 

1.  배정객실 확인 :  D동 경비실 옆에 게시된 사전 배정명단 참고 (전화문의 불가)

3.  배정객실 이동 :  시설물점검표(온라인작성) / 입사서약서 / 이동객실 출입카드 수령 @ D동 경비실

4.  이동 완료 후 기존객실 출입카드 반납 및 시설물점검표(온라인) / 입사서약서 작성하여 제출 @ D동 경비실

■ 유의사항

1.  9주 잔류자 전원은 2018-2학기 입사기간(2018.08.31~09.02)에 흉부X선 진단서를 반드시 제출하여야 합니다.

2.  출입카드 미반납시 시설보증금에서 카드 재구매비용 10,000원이 공제됩니다.

3.  기한 내 이동이 어려울 경우, 사전에  행정실로 방문하시어 불이익이 없도록 합니다.

4.  잔류객실의 퇴사점검은 일괄점검, 시설보증금은 퇴사점검 완료 후 9월 중하순경 일괄적으로 환불됩니다.

■ Moving Schedule

RC : 2018. 08. 19.(Sat) 09:00 ~ 08. 21.(Tue) 18:00 (Punctuality, No alternative moving allowed)

NonRC : 2018. 08. 24.(Fri) 09:00 ~ 08. 26.(Sun) 18:00 (Punctuality, No alternative moving allowed)

■ Procedure

1.  Confirm the assignment :  Visit the #D Security office or Dorm2 Admin office

2.  Check out from the extension stay :  Clear & clean the room (including personal belongings)

3.  Move to new room :   Online check-in sheet, written oath, new entry card from #D Security office

4.  After the moving, return the original entry card & submit the documents @ #D Security office.

■ Note

 1.  All 9 weeks residents must submit Chest X-ray certificate on their official check-in date(2018.08.31~09.02).

 2.  For the full refund of deposit without deducting 10,000 won, please return your entry card when you move out.

 3.  If there is a personal reason which makes you could not move out until that day,

      please visit and discuss with dorm admin office to avoid any disadvantage by check out inspection.

 4.  General inspection for those rooms will be proceed after your move out date.

      The facility deposit will be refunded on middle of September, 2018 after the move out inspection.
