■ 환불은 다음과 같이 진행됩니다.

1) 입사일 하루 전까지 취소시 환불: 납부금액 전액 환불
2) 중간 퇴사시 환불
가) 환불금액 = 기숙사비 납부금 - (1박 단가 × 실거주일수) - 기본공제비 15만원
나) 환불신청마감 (매학기 입사신청 공고문 확인 바람)
다) 환불신청서는 송도학사홈페이지(https://yicdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)->커뮤니티->서식자료실에서 다운로드
라) 강제퇴사시 ‘가) 환불금액’의 90% 반환

■ A refund regulationsRefund of payment is processed as follows.

1) Refund in case of cancellation up to one day prior to the date of move-in: Full refund
2) Refund in case of mid-term move-out
 a) Refund amount = Dormitory fee payment - (unit price per night × number of days of
residence) - Basic deduction fee of KRW 150,000
 b) Deadline for refund request (Check out the deadline every semester's dorm application guide)
 c) The refund application form is on the website of Songdo Dormitory.
