송도학사 세미나실, 밴드, 댄스연습실 예약시스템의 사용자 불편을 해소하기 위해 2024년을 기준으로 시스템을 전면 개편할 예정입니다.

이에 사석화 방지, No-show 및 일부 학생의 중복(독점) 예약으로 인한 다수 학생의 피해를 방지하기 위해

10월 10일 이후의 기예약건은 일괄 취소(초기화)되며, 시스템 개편 이전까지 각 학사 행정실에서 신청 가능합니다

(단, 밴드, 댄스연습실은 1학사 행정실에서만 신청 가능).

사생 여러분께서는 이점 양지하시어 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Effective Date : 10th of October, 2023

The seminar, Band and Dance room reservation system will be completely reorganized as of 2024

to resolve users’ inconvenience in the Songdo Dormitory.

In order to prevent inconvenience due to privatization, no-show, overlapping (exclusive) reservations of some students, the previous reservation after October 10th will be canceled (initialized), and applications can be made at dormitory admin office before the system is reorganized.

(Band and Dance room applications can be made at only dormitory 1 admin office)

Please be aware of this and cooperate.
