Students who wish to continue to reside in the campus during the vacation should be aware of the following notice on Summer Vacation Stay [2015. 06. 21(Sun) 13:00 ~ 8. 19(Wed) 12:00]

1. Qualification

    A. Students currently residing in the YIC Dormitory. (2015-1st semester)

    B. Those who received(over 16) penalty points not be able to for summer stay.

        *Students who want to get plus points, should contact 032-749-2058 by 5. 29.(Fri) 16:00.

2. Application Period: 5. 26(Tue) 10:00 ~ 5. 29(Fri) 16:00

3. Selected Student Announcements & Virtual Account Number Notification

   : 6. 9(Tue) 17:00 on the YIC Dormitory Homepage. (http://yicdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)

4. summer Vacation Residing Period & Housing Fees Payment

   A. Residing Period

    - 8 weeks: 6. 21(Sun) 13:00 ~ 8. 19(Wed) 12:00

    - 4 weeks: 6. 21(Sun) 13:00 ~ 7. 18(Sat) 12:00

   B. Fees 

   C. Due Date for Payment: 6. 9(Tue) 17:00 ~ 6. 12(Fri) 24:00

   D. Payment Method : Virtual Account Number.

5. Room assignments Announcement : 6. 19(Fri) on the YIC Dormitory homepage.

6. Notes

   A. After payment of dormitory fee, the request of roommate will not be accepted.

   B. Those who do not stay at dormitory during the vacation MUST check out by 6. 21(Sun) 12:00.

      ※ Further information for check-out procedure will be noticed later

   C. Graduate and doctoral students are possible to use single room. If students want to use the single room, must submit the application form. (checking and will be notify individually.)

   D. Boarding Expenses for summer stay are NOT funded by the university.

   E. If a student does not submit the application within the due date(5. 29(Fri) 16:00), he/she will lose qualification for summer stay.

   F. In case of leaving the dorm in the middle of the summer vacation, Dorm fees are not refundable.

       However, cases of military service or illness(medical certificate required) are an exception.

   G. If a student already paid for the boarding expenses but has to cancel the application,   he/she must visit the General Admin Office(Vision Hall #409, ☎032-749-2057, 3223) and  submit the‘Cancellation Form’with his/her bankbook copy by 6. 18(Thu) 16:00.

   H. Rooms will be re-assigned during vacation for house cleaning and special programs. Do not keep your personal belongings in the room that you used during the 1st semester.
