Cancel & Refund notice for Check-in schedule of YIC dormitory

연세대학교 국제캠퍼스 기숙사(송도학사)에서는 코로나19 확산 방지를 위하여 온라인 강의가 2020-1학기 말까지 추가 연장(~2020.06.27.(토))되고 기숙사 입사가 전면 취소됨에 따라, 다음과 같이 기숙사비 환불 일정 및 절차를 안내드립니다.

1. 환불 관련 안내(Refunds Information)

  1) 미 입사자(Before Check-in) : 전액(All amount), 5월 말까지 환불 예정, 별도 신청 없음

     (Refunds will be made by the end of May, and there will be no application.)

  2) 중도 퇴사자(Mid Check-out) : 환불 신청서 작성 후 이메일(izios@yonsei.ac.kr)로 제출

     ※ 환불 금액은 개인별 일 단위 계산하여 환불(Calculation on a daily basis)

     ※ 2020-1학기에 한하여 중도 퇴사자 공제금 15만원 적용하지 않음

       (YIC dorm office has decided to exceptionally exempt 150,000KRW deduction fee for a mid check-out.)

     ※ 휴학 마감일이 지난 2020.06.16.(화) 이후 퇴사자는 중도 퇴사 환불 금액 없음

         (From 2020.06.16.(Tue), no refund will be made for mid check-out.)        

     ※ 중도 퇴사 후, 2020-1학기 재입사 불가

        (You can’t re-enter dormitory for the 2020-1 semester after mid check-out.)

3) 공식 입사일 이후 개별 입사에 따른 미거주 기간 기숙사비는 5월 말까지 환불 예정, 별도 신청 없음

     (Refunds will be made by the end of May, subject to the difference in payment according to the individual   

      check-in  schedule, and there will be no application.)

2. 기숙사비 환불을 위하여 연세 포탈에 본인 은행 계좌 등록 필수

    (연세포탈-학사관리-학적-학생정보-학생신상-계좌 번호 변경)

    (Please make sure to register the your own bank account with Yonsei Portal.)

      Information - Personal Data - Bank Account (Modify)
