2018-3 여름방학 잔류자 중 8주를 신청한 학생들은 해당 잔류의 거주기간 종료일인 2018. 08. 16.(목) 낮 12:00 까지 모두 퇴실해야 하며, 지연퇴사시 해당 일자만큼 비용이 공제됩니다. 객실 청소, 개인비품 정리 및 출입카드 반납 후 퇴실하여야 추후 불이익이 없으니 유의 바랍니다. 

[유의사항]

1. 출입카드 미반납시 시설보증금에서 카드 재구매비용 10,000원이 공제됩니다.

2. 기한 내 퇴사가 어려울 경우, 사전에 행정실로 방문하시어 퇴사점검시의 불이익이 없도록 합니다.

3. 잔류객실의 퇴사점검은 일괄점검, 시설보증금은 퇴사점검 완료 후 9월 중하순경 일괄적으로 환불됩니다. 시설보증금 관련 문의는 종합행정센터 기숙사운영팀 ☎ 032.749.2991 로 문의 바랍니다.

Students who applied for 8 weeks summer stay must leave the room until 2018. 08. 16.(Thu) noon which is the end date of 8 weeks stay period. Late checkout will be charged extra fee per night from the above date.

[Note]

1. For the full refund of your deposit without deducting 10,000 won. Please be sure to return your entry card when you move out.

2. If there is personal reason which makes you could not move out until that day, please visit dormitory office to avoid any disadvantage by the check out inspection.

3. General inspection for those rooms will be proceed after the move out date of the 8 weeks period, and the facility deposit will be refunded on middle of September, 2018 after the move out inspection. For more details about facility deposit, please call YIC General Admin Office on ☎ 032.749.2991.
