국제캠퍼스 기숙사(송도학사) 입사일정 변경 안내

(Notice for modified check-in schedule of YIC dormitory)

연세대학교 국제캠퍼스 기숙사(송도학사)에서는 코로나19 확산 방지를 위하여 온라인 강의가 추가 2주 연장됨에 따라, 아래와 같이 변경 입사 일정을 안내드리오니 불편하시더라도 안전을 위하여 연세인 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

(To prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus, please refer to below notice of modified check-in schedule and cooperate more actively for your own safety.)

1. 변경 입사일정(Modified Check-in Period))

    : 2020.04.10.(금)(Fri) ~ 12.(일)(Sun) / 09:00 ~ 17:00

※ 추후, 코로나19의 지역사회 감염 감소 정도와 감염·예방의학 전문가의 판단 등을 종합적으로  

     고려하여 추가 변경(연기)될 수도 있음.  

   (Please note that the check-in period may be further postponed by considering the overall extent of Novel 

    Coronavirus decrease in community infections and the judgment of experts in infectious and preventive  

    medicine.)

2. 제출서류(Required documents)

    : 출입국사실증명서 또는 실물 여권, 결핵진단서, MMR 예방접종 증명서 

      (certificate of immigration or original passport /certificate of tuberculosis test, certificate of MMR 

       vaccination)

3. 조기 입사 불가(Early check-in is not allowed.)

※ 자가 격리 원칙이 세계 모든 국가로 확대 시행됨에 따라, 해외에서 입국하는 모든 학생들은 기숙사

    입사시 14일간 격리되며 학교 시설 이용 또한 금지되오니 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

    (As the self-isolation principle extends to all countries around the world, all students entering from

     abroad are quarantined for 14 days upon entering the dormitory, and will not be allowed to use school

     facilities.)

※ 기숙사 입사시 외부인(학부모 등 가족 포함) 기숙사 출입 제한

     (Outsiders (including parents and family members) are restricted from entering the dormitory.)

※ 기숙사비 차액은 입사 후, 4월말 반환 예정

     (The difference in dorm fees will be returned in end of April after checking in the dormitory.)
